What a difference a few days of warm weather make - lots of birds singing and insects on the wing - but not many moths yet; may take a day or two more. I did have a Lesser Swallow Prominent.

A walk down Clockhouse Drive was good with Garden Warbler, Whitethroat, Blackcap and Chiffchaff all in song. Flowers were looking good too. Also, there were masses of the green leaf beetle Gastrophysa viridula.
