A good run of moth nights. Nothing rare; though the micro Argyresthia retinella was last recorded in 1979 - easily missed though! Blackcap, Song Thrush and Chiffchaff are all singing in the Walled Garden.

The Phase 3 Development site was alive with Meadow Browns. Also saw Ringlet (1), Small Heath (1), Small Skipper, Small Tortoiseshell, Six-spotted Burnet, Cinnabar larvae and Blue-tailed Damselfly.
