A largish Yew came down in the recent gales and fell into Lake 2.
Walked around the Phase 3 site at lunchtime. Not much there apart from a small flock of Goldfinches and about 6 Mallard. The area by the hub building has been festooned with bird scarers (which don't appear to work!) so I wonder if work is due to start soon.
