A perfect autumn day after all the rain of the week! No moths in the trap but saw one on a tree trunk behind the Library - a Mottled Umber.

This is Health and Well-being Week so I was asked to lead a lunchtime walk. Thirty turned up which is good. We went for a walk up to the Observatory and around Phase 3 which many of the attendees had never been to before so it was a bit of an eye-opener for them. They all seemed to enjoy it.
