Another fruitless search for the possible
Iberian Chiffchaff. It's going to be difficult to rule on the validity of this record! Anyway we had a walk over Phase 3 and saw a
Swallow,
Whitethroat and heard several
Blackcaps. There were plenty of
Small Tortoiseshells,
Peacocks and
Large White butterflies. A very pleasant spring day. Heading back to campus I found a moth on a tree trunk - a rare event these days!
