Another warm night and a trap full of moths again. Amongst them was the weird Water Veneer whose larvae are totally aquatic! The moths sometimes occur in large numbers in a trap for may be a day or two so must have a mass emergence. The Latticed Heath is more a day-flier but a nice one to see at any time.
